VISION

PLANT Academy was founded in 2019 by K. Tanapan Jule, MDRT® and a group of successful financial planners from PLANT Consultant with a vision to recruit, coach and train our financial planners to achieve high level of success and become the ethical-professional financial planners and high performing leadership teams.

We aim to strengthen financial knowledge, enhance client service standards, and improve retention of our financial planners through PLANT Academy’s proven programs and systems. Our in-depth programs and systems include ethical corporate culture, foundation of financial planning and entrepreneurship of financial planning business.

All of our coaches are members of association and/or organization of financial services such as Million Dollar Round Table (www.mdrt.org) and/or Certified Financial Planners (www.cfp.net), which are internationally recognized as the highest ethical and professional standards. They are certified and have more than 10 years of experience in financial planning field.

K. TANAPAN JULE, MDRT®

K. Tanapan Jule is the Founder and Business Coach of PLANT Academy and Managing Partner of PLANT Consultant.

K. Tanpan Jule has over 15 years of experience in financial services industry with expertise in

  • Financial Advisory for CORPORATE FINANCE including capital structure, working capital management, mergers and acquisition, project financing, and business succession plan; and
  • Financial Planning for PERSONAL FINANCE including cashflow management, risk management, investment strategies, tax planning, retirement planning, and estate planning

Prior to establish PLANT Academy and join PLANT Consultant, K. Tanapan Jule has successfully advised various companies with total market capitalization of about 10 billion Baht to be listed in Thailand Stock Market during her career as an Investment Banker. She also served as a Senior Investment Consultant at one of the top 5 securities companies in Thailand, where she helped her clients manage investment portfolio with Assets Under Management of about 2 billion Baht.

In 2015, K. Tanapan Jule began on a mission to provide a total wealth solution to financial planning by extending her advise in Wealth Protection and Risk Management. Since then she has been partnering with the world’s leading insurance company – Allianz Ayudhya and has been making tremendous progress in delivering her mission to her clients.

K. Tanapan Jule is among the country’s Top Financial Planners with 5-year MDRT, 1-year COT, and 1-year TOT qualification – www.mdrt.org. She has been a guest speaker at MDRT annual meeting USA as well as numerous events focusing on Financial Planning and Wealth Management in Thailand. She is also a contributing member of MDRT membership Communications Committee Thailand and has been served as MDRT President of Allianz Ayudhya.

K. Tanapan Jule received her undergraduate degree in Finance from Thammasat University International Program and her master’s degree in Finance from the University of Liverpool, UK.
